I picked up a new Mac Pro
Well, after working very hard, and saving for a very long time, I finally picked up my Mac Pro, and let me tell you that I love it!
Here are the specs: 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 2GB of Memory (soon to be four), and a 320 GB HD, which I plan on adding three more hard drives, not for more space, but for back ups and organization.
You are probably are asking yourself, what do you mean organization? Well you may not know this about me, but I love to make movies. You may have noticed the video tutorials around my site, and this is because I love making movies. I have shot various weddings and many other short films, and I figured with a really big extra HD, I can just keep all of my movies in there.
This is the look when you first open the box, it is the Apple Mighty Mouse and Keyboard
I was extremely excited because this is one computer that I can upgrade very easily, as I see myself having this computer for years to come.
There is my new set up, it was very messy at the moment, I will post a better picture when I give a full review
Oh the joy of transferring data, I was really surprised at how this worked, because I have never transferred computers this way before, basically it was exactly the way way I left my Macbook.
I just picked up this computer, so I am going to wait a bit before I give a more detailed review. I will tell you this however, it is unbelievably fast. Subscribe to the RSS feed if you want to see what this mac pro is capable of!

Man your so lucky! You make me jelous, if I had enough money I would have done for the Mac Pro but sadly I needed a good computer fast, so I had to opt for Windows….
Nice post, did you film your opening or anything?
Did you get it off ebay? As the box doesn’t exactly look knew :)
